But I think that's the important thing, knowing what's not quite right, what's worthy of investigation and what could be improved.
you know, better seems logical.
And then there are the funny wee things that may be new to us, but normal for our lived bodies.
What they were telling you, I guess.
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
So I think what we're trying to say is that ageing isn't dramatic, it's just mildly inconvenient in new and exciting ways.

Dr Ginny Mansberg has been a GP over the Tasman for more than 30 years with a special interest in women's health, midlife and disease prevention.
She's been voted Australia's most trusted healthcare professional and is a go-to medical expert for many media outlets.
She's the author of six books, including bestsellers The M Word and Save Your Brain, both of which we have covered on this podcast.
Give us a brief rundown, Ginny, of what happens as we age before we delve into what we can and can't influence in terms of good outcomes as we age.

We really love the idea of one thing at a time here, obviously, on the little things.
We're like, you know, pick your first one thing you're going to work on.
So that makes a lot of sense.
