It's just that now our clan is either our family or our team, our work group, our employer.

And I think this is a difficult situation when very intelligent, bright people with a lot to say fear speaking up and voicing their opinions, giving their opinion because maybe they have an accent or because they have dyscalculia or dyslexia and they feel less because being judged as not enough is vulnerable, which triggers this fear response in our brains.

I know.

It's amazing.

And it always inspires me because at the heart of this, these are human beings.

And it's amazing how leaders from all the way up have the same human fears.

We're all the same.

Yeah.

And I found similar to you, senior leaders who, and it's often with new promotions, because you mentioned the same thing.

It's almost as if that transition between teams, between companies.

And I also get women, many women, I think women, I want to say that they're more receptive to coaching, but I generally have more with female than male, but also around women in their 50s.

And hormonally, it's a really tough time.

This is something else that we haven't talked about until this, I think this decade is different.

Hormonally, there is a difference.

We suddenly lose a lot of confidence.

So if you have a leader who, because of 30 years in their career, is suddenly at a different level, and suddenly they're having hot flushes and they're in this sort of perimenopause, menopause, it's really tough.

And they just need someone by their side helping to tiptoe around.

I'll call it a dragon because of the heat.

your own sort of dragon to not awaken it and to be able, as you said, to practice in a safe space.

So with my clients, a current client, it's to do with what would I say, writing it down, writing the email, having a conversation with not actually speaking out loud and getting used to voicing it, to writing it before actually doing it.
