it's just making taking baby steps so yeah I think that's a great yeah great and I notice this particularly with so I work mainly with multilingual leaders because there's an added layer of complexity whenever you have to speak up and overcome everything we've talked about so far but we also have to acknowledge that they're maybe working in two or three languages not to mention cultures and that's just an added level

If you're an introvert, there's another section of the community who struggle a lot more for many different reasons.

And I think the other thing I was going to go on to is we're talking about working with senior leaders.
And I think my wish or my advice, if somebody was listening to this, is to get help before you need it.

Before you get to senior level, because it's a lot easier to make changes, maybe make mistakes, have the time and the energy to start this work before you actually need it.

How did I get here?
Yeah.
And I noticed such a difference in the speed and the flexibility of taking on change in people who have had coaching before or done some reflective work.
And that's not a criticism.
It's just the truth.
It's a lot of work.
I think anyone who is a coach has been through and has been through extensive coaching training with accredited authorities.
Anyone who's done that knows how much hard work it is, how much studying and reflection that you have to do on yourself.
