But they want to care for folks.
They want to be doing the important things that matter.
One thing I did want to touch on really quickly because it came up quite frequently in the earlier webinar that we hosted with Subflow.
cancellations, right?
We've all done it.
We've all called in on the day of because something came up and we couldn't get there.
But from a business perspective, this is a threat.
This is a threat to revenue.
This is a threat to staffing morale, certainly.
And Audra, from your perspective, right?
What are some of those signals that can predict those same day cancellations, right?
How can organizations intervene earlier to then say, okay, we're optimizing this so it doesn't happen?
Linda, I feel like that's where we're coming back to the software, right?
Those workflows, what are some of those pieces in place for you personally that you think will make it a little bit easier to predict, right, to optimize this when it comes to cancellations?
it's really shifting from a reactive state to a proactive state for organizations, right?
Being able to be proactive in communication with folks.
And you're right, there is an older generation that's very digitally savvy.
They are willing to take that step, which is really, really key.
