Minutes, a couple minutes, right?
But it's good ROI, right?
Readiness is your dynamic warmups.
That's your Spiderman, your squat, the stands, your 90s, 90s.
It's just like...
getting the joints and the body to move the way that it's going to need to move during a training session.
And at the end of it, there's always, you know, movement stuff, at least for me.
Like I think a great way for anybody, like this is literally across the board, okay, is that the last part of the warmup is movement prep, right?
Now for somebody that has the ability, it may be high knees and skips, you know, and pogo jumps and movement, like, but let's say, I'm going to take an extreme example.
And I'm going to go like, okay, I will literally give an example of somebody I trained.
That's like 72.
They were doing marches, right?
They were doing like little pogo jumps and jump rope.
Now it starts like very like, what are you able to do?
But the last five, six minutes is like all movement prep.
And they end up being like these, you know, the coaches would call them extensive plyometrics.
It's like lower intensity plyometrics.
But if you're doing that three days a week, it adds up.
And those tissues now adapt and they get more tolerant to things like that.
And then over time, you know, even for somebody that's like in 50s, 60s, 70s, we increased intensity a little bit, right?
