And the state-level courts, I would suggest to you, are just running a really inept mental health program.

Right, right.

So the number of people that they have underlying anxiety and depression that are self-medicating

And then as a result of self-medicating, either getting high on drugs or getting high on alcohol and then doing all kinds of crimes, whether it's just speeding and getting pulled over for a DUI or going down the wrong way down the highway and killing somebody.

Right.

But the underlying issue is I have anxiety.

I have depression.

I don't know what else to do about it.

I don't want to be medicated because the medications make it so I can't feel this, that and the other thing.

So alcohol makes it better.

So I'm going to take a depressant.

on top of depression, and it's going to make me feel better for a temporary effect.

And next thing you know, I'm going to ruin my life for somebody else's life.

It's a very, on a day-to-day level, if you start looking at, I think the statistics are in one county alone, it's like 15,000 alcohol-related offenses, right?

It's one county in a small state.

The bottom line is the system is over-pressurized with that.

If the system would have the time to look at what the underlying issue is and figure it out and not try to house these people, as we say,

And whether it's housing them for a day, a weekend, 30 days, is that going to change anything?

Absolutely.
