Well, that's the idea is that all of a sudden – it's just like the guy that had all these plans when he's sitting in prison.

When he's out, he's going to do all these things and then life happens.

Well, that's why our prison systems are failures is what it comes down to.

And I don't think it's the people.

I think people can be changed.

I think the bottom line is if you don't teach them and all they have to do is, whether it's watching TV, reading, or playing Pinochle in jails, it's not going to change the way they live when they get out.
