And she was basically at the end of her healing journey.

And so knowing that this young woman, this young mother had been in a wheelchair at the beginning of her illness and now is hiking with her kids on spring break, I still get emotional about it.

We've become dear friends.

And it was just so important for me to know that Anna was there and that she's

just about fully healthy now.

And so like, this is going to be okay, like, you're gonna figure it out, it's going to be okay.

And then the other thing I would say is, you know, you might find your arbiters of hope in other parts of your story.

My husband and I, it's took us five years to become parents.

And it was five years of just grief and disappointment and heartbreak and, you know, just awful.

One failure after another.

But we have our kid and he is absolutely the most perfect kid for us.

And so some days, you know, I would just like pull up his birth announcement and remember that

You know, you don't know how the story is going to end.

And it can be really, really dark today.

And it can get better at some point in the future.

Oh, it makes a big difference.

Because I will tell you, I spent the first I'm trying to think how many months would have been about five months of my illness living in the land of denial.

I didn't want to name it.

I didn't want to claim it.

I didn't want it to be true.
