Yeah, it's good because I think where it breaks down for a lot of the people you're talking about in a state agency, Rob, is they've got maybe a single branch of state agency or a couple of branches.
They've got somewhere between
10 and 12 staff and they see the self-employed model in a state agency working and their immediate thought is, oh, this will be good because I wouldn't have to pay a salary to my staff anymore and loads of people could come and work for me.
But they don't have any of the systems in place.

And so they go, right, let's start the self-employed model.
And then they slowly realize, no, to franchise a business, you know, you have to have McDonald's level employees.
Of operations going on.
Yes.
Because otherwise you're going to entice someone in because you're a good salesperson and then it's just going to be a fucking shit show.
Because they're going to ask for all these things and you're not going to have them.
