Yes, there's another layer that you've got to give them, which is like, well, how do I employ people and what do I have to give those people?

But you've kind of got the experience of that because you've done that bit as well.

So I think that's where it would be different to maybe an estate agency that goes, let's do self-employed.

You just don't want to personally manage the thousand sales progressions.

Yeah, you've got four years' worth of learning that people don't have to figure out on their own.
