Okay.

You're already running around and you're short staff and you're, you know, you're so to try to solve to this shortage, um, is, is, um, would be difficult.

So Mr. Manager, what I really like to understand is, is how do we lean in, uh, take in, take the, some of the recommendations from board members and really kind of figure, figure out how we can,

address this shortage because again, I think there's a, it's a critical issue.

Um, it's an issue of safety.

It's an issue of protection.

Um, and so, and security, thank you, commissioner leak.

And then also this idea of the, this, this, the stipend again, um, I mean, it should be commensurate with, with the work that's being done.

It should, people should show, we should be showing a level of value for these people, um, that are,

taking time out to volunteer and to make things happen, uh, on behalf of these folks.

And I, and I, I'm, I'm not tracking with the, the, the hundred dollars that, that's not, um, that, that, that, that, that just doesn't feel right.

Right.

So we, we got, we could do better than that.

Uh, I believe so.

I'll work with the manager on our tag up to make sure that this is some item that we.

discuss, uh, we'll be reaching out to you all.

Please send us whatever recommendations that any other recommendations that you have.

And I know we've got it documented in the minutes as well.
