So creatine that's dissolved in water fully is going to be much less likely to cause bloating when men or women take it.
But I think about this
specifically because my girlfriend wanted to take creatine, but she said it always caused bloating and doing this, adding more water was really helpful for her.
So that's important because I think creatine can be helpful for people, but a lot of men and women run into this bloating issue and it's just the form factor by which they're taking it.
I mean, I think creatine is a valuable thing.
It occurs in meat.
It occurs especially in red meat.
It's one of the things that's been found to be valuable in red meat.
And very few of us are eating two kilograms of meat per day, which is the amount of meat you'd have, or excuse me, one kilogram of meat or two pounds of meat per day, which is the amount of meat, give or take, you'd have to eat.
