And so, like to me, that's you know, it's it's gonna be like, How's your family?

Uh, versus just like how's work?

And I think that makes us

more human and and and through I would say like hard times, like whether that be um the pandemic that we journey through or you know, we're recording this after, you know, the the um hurricanes have gone through Florida.

you know, my client just texted me an interesting article and my first response is gonna be like, Are you good?

Like she lives in Florida.

Because um, you know, more important than business is is the person behind it.

I think the other thing about community that has surprised me as an entrepreneur that I didn't expect is that I have I have really close, um, meaningful connections with my clients.

And and I don't know if I expected that.

Um I I thought I was like, oh, this is just gonna be like a client, um, you know, vendor relationship.

And yet, like when I speak with them at shows, you know, when we kind of sync up to talk strategy.

You know, we're helping each other grow as leaders, um, as well as achieve business results.

And um I I think that surprised me.

I didn't think um that that was going to be something that was as meaningful to me and it is.

And those conversations are really important to me as I learn and grow.

And I think part of it is like I I don't go into the world assuming I know what I'm doing or that I'm the best at things.

Um and so that kind of humble leadership, um, as I learn.

And then I think the other piece outside of the world, um

I I used to be very, very involved in my community, especially when I lived in Toronto.
