So I ran like a big running program with the Boys and Girls Club, which was actually just down the road from where um we were meeting.
So I had all kinds of fond memories.
Um and so I did a lot of volunteer work.
Um the junior league, which is something actually in the US, so I was a a very um active member of the community group with it.
Um since I become an entrepreneur, I've had less time for that.
And so now the community people I focus on is
um kind of the community my kids play in.
So whether that be the school community or um my kids both play competitive sport.
Um so you know whether I'm at the arena, um there's a sport called ringette.
It's like a girls ice sport that my daughter is amazing at.
Um so I I'm very active.
I'm I'm known as the cheer captain.
So I I keep all the parents positive and just make sure we're the loudest parents on the on the block.
And then my son plays soccer and so um I don't coach.
My husband coaches there, um, but just like being supportive there and then making sure I have community on the things that bring me joy and help me sort of also um
stay a good parent leader, um, friend and spouse.
And so um I I like to row.
So like you know, skull rowing would be sort of how people know about it.
And so that's actually an important community to me as well.
Um and so whether that be um getting out and um
