So I'm pretty loud.

Like people may not know this about me, but I'm uh

Um, so I actually sit um in the bow of the boat in a double is like my favorite boat to row, but I sometimes go in a quad, so either two or four people.

And my job is to call the work out and encourage people to push harder.

And um This is awesome.

So what's fun and and everyone knows, like if if you're gonna row with Martha, I I've like actually changed the mind.

I was like, do your best, right?

However, if it's like one of my partners that I row with all the time, I'm like, dig it, like we gotta do ten, like, let's go.

And then like I have a watch that tells me how fast we're going.

And um, and I think what's what's really fun about that though is like so I don't stroke.

So in a in a rowing skull.

The person at the front, um, well it's kind of looks like at the front, it's actually the back of the boat.

Um, they're the stroke.

So they set the pace.

They're like the leader, like we're following them.

I lead in a lot of areas of my life.

And so when rowing, like I don't want to lead.

I don't wanna lead, but I but I wanna cheer.

I wanna encourage and I wanna coach.

So it's really fun.
