I run hard.

And he goes, and then I'm also going to choose to be present.

So he went to work at like seven AM.

I still live in Vancouver.

So he got up early to work with the East Coast.

But he was like, I was always home for dinner because that was when I could be present.

And as a family, we could sit around the table and we could find out how our days was.

We could talk about what was hard.

We talk about what we read or learned and and have these great debates.

And I have really, really fond memories around the kitchen table.

of like laughing and sharing stories.

And so you know, that's like a sort of being present thing.

And I would say like over the last two years I've been really working on sort of how I choose to show up.

And that comes into like how do I choose to show up at Brighton and and conferences.

Sure.

And and I think the I said there I had like two things came to mind.

So that's one is just like being really purposeful about how we show up.

And um and how we look at the world, right?

Um I'm a really big believer that the world's the world's not happening to me.
