Yeah, they're like doing they're they're not present, right?
No, it's a very different it's it's pretty wild actually.
Um so I grew up in enterprise actually in California, like at work.
So I worked for Cisco, the big networking company for fourteen years.
And um
You know, my first job was in technical support, solving really hard problems around voice over IP when voice over IP was like a thing.
Like people who don't know like phones used to go over pots lines, now they go over the internet.
Like I was at the forefront of that in in a sort of supporting enterprise to do that.
And I loved that community to go back to like of like
You know, I used to wear flip flops and jean skirt to my, you know, corporate job.
It's really funny.
Um, only until I then became a leader and then I started dressing up a bit more.
Um, but like those like sidebar conversations, lunch conversations.
You know, like that's where I grew, right?
Like it wasn't in okay, I'm gonna sit in a meeting and listen.
And it wasn't sitting at home and it wasn't texting.
It was, you know, someone tap literally tapping you on the shoulder and being like, Hi, I'm gonna grab lunch, like you wanna come?
And then oh, I find out about their cat or, you know, something they're passionate about or
Oh, this car was like their dream car and they've been saving up for decades.
Like right, like those are all the things that make us human.
