And so I think um it's an interesting time, uh especially as leaders, like as we
have I'll say groups of people who've never worked in an office face to face.
who are unfortunately like I think, you know, a little stuck at home, like interacting and thinking this is like this is business connection, right?
This is sort of like how work works.
Um and um and I I think it's a challenge.
Like we are a virtual company.
So like I've committed that I'm not gonna go back to the office.
However, my sales team comes in the office once a week or twice a week.
Why?
Because we love human connection, right?
We're all these extroverts who need to
High five and have a laugh.
And my dog Zelda kind of like licks you know, goes and says hi to you under your desk to like make sure you're good.
And, you know.
Um, so I I do think it's going to be an interesting time.
Like I'm doing a lot of work with my team for them to kind of reflect on sort of what they need to kind of fill their bucket is sometimes the language I use.
And so that can be like
Oh, I actually need to like connect with, you know, like my dog or my cat or go for a walk midday.
Or um sometimes I'll ask questions like, you know, what are you doing after work?
Right.
