Like we want our kids close.

I think for me, like saying goodbye to an eight year old and they go off on a five night trip and just being having no problem with that.

I just think it is gone too far.

And this lady, Caroline Goldman, she is quite extreme.

I mean, you know, and she,

I don't think it's true that kids have become unbearable, but I do think maybe we do need to maybe be a little bit stricter because I wouldn't say unbearable, that's quite a strong word, but there's probably some truth in what she's saying in that if you have kids refusing to do what they're told, not listening to their parents, and that does happen, you know, you look around any park, any restaurant, you see that, right, in Ireland.

Could even be my kids.

Like, there is something wrong there with the parenting, right?

It is a concern.

And there's also this emotional element of this.

You know, there's a I mean, there's a friend of mine, for example, Claire.

So her daughter decided she had ADHD because she was fighting with her friends and

you know, she just, she was looking up online and seeing that falling out with friends and relationship issues, that's a sign of ADHD.

And, you know, her parents were like, well, maybe that is.

And they were like, let's explore that.

Whereas I kind of felt like saying, but that's crazy.

Like, you know, you just have to say to her, like life is sometimes tough.

Sometimes you don't get on with people.

It's not a sign that there's anything really, really wrong with you, you know?
