And um, you know, I know the town of Hinton quite well and um I think they're gonna love seeing the the Oil Kings and Cougars go at it for a couple of games and and then uh the Oil Kings will head to Carstairs.

for a game against Calgary and then play Westlock um you know that Sunday as well um against the Red Deer Rebels.

So uh nice to get uh you know out and about in the preseason kind of visit those communities and um get to uh bring WHL hockey out there.

Four games that's it.

Yeah, it's gonna be a lot of fun this year and y you know, Red Deer, you know, a new coach there as well and yeah, I think they're um looking to take another step this season with their group.

So um I'm sure it's gonna be a competitive rivalry this year with the number of times they have to play and um all the battles that are gonna come of it for sure.

Yeah, yeah, love it.

Honestly, uh you know, as as an Edmonton guy born and raised, this uh it's kind of one of those dream jobs that uh you never thought may maybe would have happened and I just you know, another year more comfortable and uh I'm I'm really loving it.

So uh it's been an awesome ride so far and the organiz organization's been been tremendous.

So uh it's been a fun ride.

Oh, they do.

It's it's unbelievable, right?

And I think you go throughout WHL hockey and each town has got their own um, you know, neat things with their fan base and you know, s the small towns are j just bleed that that team and bleed the color.

Um it's it's awesome.

You y th those places get rock and come playoff time and when they get sold out and um you you love being on the road there sometimes just because it's it's such a cool experience.

But I will

say there's nothing like the um seventeen thousand plus screaming fans that uh Teddy Bear toss in Edmonton, that's for sure.

Yeah, yeah, fixers out there.

Yeah, and Nip went for a year as well.
