They're not trying to fix all the wiring and stuff.
You know, they do it paint everything white, put simple But you gotta look at the foundation.

Yeah, you do that in due diligence and then when they f take ownership of the property, if they're gonna flip it, they do a you know, just make it a nice make quick makeover as quick as possible so they can get renters in.
It's the same with a website.
When you take it on board, we suggest you let it settle and what you're doing is in the first few weeks is understanding how the Google Anal like all the Google Analytics, you know, looking at the the traffic flow, where people are coming from.
Get a feel of, you know, most time on page.

And then you might get your team or yourself to do a quick makeover of the website.
Like in that gardening site, it looked very bad, very old fashioned, you know, like from your classic early 2000s two-column website.
So you do a basic makeover, mainly focusing on the home page.
