That site now, it's about to hit your listeners will appreciate it's pretty cool.
We're about to come into spring here in Australia as we record this.
That site now is going to get over 80,000 visitors, and it's netting these guys $4,000 a month around off affiliate commissions and just ads, you know, Google ads or managed ads through MediaVine or
Raptive.
So four grand.
Basis neighborhood.
It was literally the worst.
And you should have seen the site, Ben.
It was horrific.
Like it didn't look very good, but with a bit of l TLC, you know, like when you renovate a house, they just did what any of your listeners will know how to do as an SEO.
You just treat it as your own client.
And that's what they do.
So that asset became theirs.
And they had literally just had outsourced writers to writers.
And where they spent most of their time and skill was in the keyword research.
Just standard SEO stuff, built the site up.
Okay, it took a a year more than a year to build up, but it's not now it's semi passive income.
Four grand.
By the way, they own other way bigger sites than that.
That's just their small, it's a cute example.
