Now they learned this skill, you know, from scratch, how to SEO websites.
And what they one of the sites they bought, because it's a really simple one to explain, doesn't sound very exciting.
They noticed they were actually doing some link building, so outreach in the gardening niche.
They're not gardeners.
And they were just getting literally through, you know, get get looking for guest posting opportunities.

Know what that's all about, and you know, just getting links.
And one of the guys that they contacted was here in Australia, um, was a native Australian gardening website that had been running for I think 14 years.
And when they reached out to him, they noticed the site was pretty much just neglected.
He hadn't posted on it for ages, but it had a good authority because it was real, real content written by a guy that's really passionate.
And they ended up saying to him, hey, I'll do the Aussie thing.
Hey, mate, instead of um a backlink, what are you doing with a website?
Do you want to sell it?
But you know, what what what are you up for?
And he said, sure, I'm I don't make any money off it.
I can't be bothered with it.
400 bucks US.
So they bought that thing for $400.
And then over time, as a side hustle, just like what you're saying, building up their own nest egg, they've got multiple.
