And basically, some if you're listening to this and you're an SEO, maybe you haven't considered.
I know SEO is very addictive.
It's a lot of fun to do, but we say to if you've got SEO skills, why the heck wouldn't you?
Buy your own rundown website and fix it up over a period of time as a bit of a side hustle with your SEO skills.
And in a nutshell, that's why it's like real estate.
We look for, you know, the rundown websites that are neglected, like buying the worst house in the best street.
And you find them in good niches and we fix them up just like fixer upper.
And you can flip them.
Flipping's a big thing now, but it is actually very similar to the real estate strategy.

Absolutely.
And that's exactly what the strategy should be if you've because if you listen to this, you've already got SEO skills, you're so far ahead of the pack.
Like you you can probably, with a bit of tweaking, it's probably a lot easier for for you to do even do due diligence on these websites.
