Where I say to potential advertisers who I think would get in front of that SEO audience, I'd say to them, How much you know is it worth to you to be on my podcast and to be emailed out on my highly focused niche uh following that I've got.
So it comes down to benchmarking and a bit of knowledge, admittedly, here, because if
If you know that how valu how valuable that audience is and that you can then monetize it when you take it over, in your head you would set to yourself, All right, I reckon I can make say say you're getting three thousand visitors a month and you and you had that really good, just say I could make
three grand a month off it.
So
Times that by 30, roughly.
I'm happy to pay in my head.
I don't tell the seller this.
I'm happy to go to 30 grand on that website.
So that's three times roughly the yearly.
Just very rubbery figures.
Maybe 30 to 50 grand if I really am confident with it.
And also if I already own, see, here's where it gets interesting.
If I already own three other websites in that niche, it is hugely more valuable.
To me than it is to your average person.
So I'm possibly prepared to go to 50 grand now.
You know, we can add more zeros to it, obviously, the bigger it is.
