I'm just saying, hypothetically, if I could net three grand a month off it, I'm looking at 30 to 50 grand as an asset.

Possibly more, though.

Now, you as the owner.

Or the owner is going to say, well, hang on, Matt.

This thing's been around for 10 years.

I know I'm not making any money.

But we all know this is a highly valuable property.

And so then the negotiation starts.

And some there's lots of different ways you can work this out.

You could do an earnout, you could do um, but in this instance, what I've done in the past, we've bought lots of sites like this.

Sometimes we just value it at dollar per visitor.

I just throw it out there to the owner.

I say, look, how the hell are we going to value this?

It does you make no money.

You've made no money for five years.

In some ways, the site's useless.

So I don't care how targeted your audience is.
