Comes down to a discussion between the seller thinks it's worth way more and you as the buyer going, well, no, it's not because it's not making money, but it's got these assets.
And in that instance, like you said, you've got to look for the alternatives as well.
Like you cleverly said to the buyer, mate, without me here, this thing's worth nothing.
