So it was like such a breath of fresh air to realize that this business could provide for my family in that way.
So I think I'm mentioning all of that because I think that's like the core of this is making sure that this is sustainable in a way that supports me, how I want to be a mom, but also allows me to create that extra income to have that security to give these kids what I want to be able to give them.
So that's kind of a big piece.
But then as far as like what the day to day looks like, there's client calls, there's new assessments, there's podcasts like this.
We have our own podcast called Feel for the Soul that we're recording a little bit later today.
So honestly, every day looks very, very different.
I have some like in-person gigs.
I have a lot.
I travel a ton, which I love to travel and my husband doesn't.
So it's this is my opportunity to, you know,
go to Tokyo and Paris and London and California and, you know, really have some really cool experiences and immerse myself in the running community a little bit more.
So I also like that.
I get really bored with every day looking the same.
So like I said, every day is very, very different.
There are some days where I block time off to go create new recipes, you know, so it's just there's never never a dull moment by any means.
So a lot of it is.
My best friend who I met in undergrad, she's also a dietician, but she doesn't, her face-to-face contact is not her jam.
She likes the behind the scenes stuff.
