So all the new client inquiries, getting new people on my schedule, making sure they've paid their bills, you know, all that kind of background work.

So, yes, you know, I've outsourced that.

was at a bigger running event and I'm looking around at some of the businesses that are growing and I'm like they have so many more employees to take you know so part of me is like this could be so much bigger if I just trusted in a few more people and brought them under the brand and you know grew this even more but I also just want to make sure it feels like the right time like I have another dietitian that does one-on-one consults now she's been with us for almost a year and she came to me and she was like I really want to work for you and it just was like a perfect fit.

You know, so it's like I really wait to make sure that the people we're bringing on are what the brand needs and a good fit for everything.

So I've been kind of slow to grow in that way.

And I probably like you said, the wait lists that we have, like I can certainly probably bring some more people on.

It's just trying to make sure that that that makes sense and it's a good fit.

But I do think there's still a lot of growth that could be done.

Right.

And that's kind of where we got to because it was I was holding 50 clients at a time, plus trying to travel and do all this other stuff.

And it was to the point where I was like, I can't keep up at this pace.

And that's when we brought on another dietitian to take some of that one on one burden.

Not that it's a burden, but right.

It's time and all that kind of stuff off.
