You know, we took two HR classes in undergrad, but, you know, nothing as to like, how do we make this work?

So I kind of threw myself into it and surrounded myself with some people who were doing similar things, either in nutrition or in the running space and kind of helped them help me grow.

And now we're at a point where I have two employees and myself and, you know, we're doing great.

And not only do we do one-on-one nutrition coaching, but group coaching.

And then we have a lot of different deals with different running brands.

We're taking a hundred women to the LA marathon and, you know, really trying to see like, how can we grow this?

And what are some different streams of revenue that we can bring into this business to continue to grow and hopefully get more employees down the road as we need them.

And, you know, just kind of taking it year by year and,

seizing the opportunities that we can to grow this.

And it's been a huge, huge learning curve over the last five years, but a great one.

So I started it in May of 2017.

I was doing some work for a local doctor that ran in the Olympics.

So he would send me all of his younger clients that needed help with nutrition or their ferritin was really low.

They needed help improving their iron status to be able to run at a higher level.

So I was doing a bunch of this for free starting in like 2015, 2016.

And so in 2017, I was like, I need to be charging for this.

He he was like, you know, your stuff like I want to send people to you.

So and you'll see this trend as we talk through this business growing.

A lot of the leaps and bounds that I've made in my business have kind of fallen in my lap.

And I don't think that's all luck.
