And, you know, there's a few different options out there in terms of getting vendors legal ready at the moment.

So I usually have those conversations on the discovery call because, to be fair, even if they don't use me, I want transactions to be better and easier for everybody involved.

So I've tried a few different agent software, but they're for estate agents.

They're not really in-depth enough for sales progression.

So we've got our own software that we use.

They can log into that, yeah.

So it's got a portal, very similar.

I don't know if you've seen the solicitor's portals, case tracking portals.

It's very similar to that.

So buyers, sellers, and estate agents can access it.

And we put notes on there.

So we've traced to see if the mortgage offer's coming in today, et cetera, et cetera.

So everybody can see.

It's actually a phone app as well.

So we find that buyers and sellers find it really helpful because it explains to them

what each milestone means, like what is a draft contract, what a search is, why is it needed, that kind of thing.

I think you've completely hit the nail on the head there because I didn't see that when I was an estate agent, but now dealing with the transactions that we do, actually, the amount of times that a seller will take two weeks to complete their protocol forms and then the estate agent will say to us, God, do they actually want to sell their properties?
