I think there's too many things that estate agents have to do.

Like a sales negotiator.

There's just too many different jobs, isn't there?

And so for me, the most important job is tying up the deals and the sales progression, you know?

And that's,

You're giving both of those to one person.

And I think the selling of the properties and dealing with transactions should be two separate people because they need to put their focus into that.

I just think sales negotiators wear so many different hats.

And I think that's where estate agents fail with the progression.

I just think it's too time consuming now.
