And then from Life Residential I went self-employed with Purple Bricks.

So I have to be honest, initially it wasn't that.

It was that

I'd had a baby and I needed a bit of flexibility and I didn't want to work weekends anymore.

So if I'm completely honest, it wasn't estate agents need this.

I'm going to set up a business that's going to help estate agents.

It was, I just called contacts that I had in the industry and said, look, do you need any help with this?

Sales progression, admin, anything.

So when I first started, I was doing sales progression and admin.

Yeah, yeah.

I was doing a bit of everything for a good friend of mine called Thomas Howe.

And then it kind of snowballed from there.

my passion for sales progression started when I was doing sales progression.

Um, and that's how, that's how the, the company, the company grew because I genuinely, it's not just about the estate agents.

I genuinely care about the experience of the buyers and the sellers.

It's such a stressful experience.

And to be able to be an ear that can listen and, and take that off of their plate and, and help guide them through.

Um, I get so much and, and so did the team.

I get so much out of receiving even just a card or some flowers or something.
