I appreciate it.

I m I mean from a from a one loss it's probably been a little bit disappointing to be under five hundred at this point.

I think, you know, there are certainly areas where the this group can improve and I think has shown glimpses of of where it can be a really good ball club.

Um, you know, especially given the the home schedule so far.

And, you know, hopefully this next quarter this group will start to kind of take some steps forward.

I I guess from a one loss perspective, perhaps.

I i it's hard to say why the team has a winning record on the road um so far and has won its last three series and not only won, but beat good teams.

I mean beat Arizona on the road, beat Sandy swept San Diego and beat the Yankees in New York, yet haven't figured out um how to consistently win at home, although they did get two of three against Milwaukee over the weekend.

Um you know, it it does play a lot different.

And I think part of that is, you know, having spent many years in the minors before getting to the majors, you you are adjusting to a different park and and the way the ball carries.

There's not a second or third deck, let's say, to um knock down some of the wind on certain days and you know, but both teams have to deal with it.

And and I do feel that, you know, over time this group is gonna get better in its home ballpark and

You know, right now they've got to worry about, you know, a pretty good Jays team that that just swept Seattle.

I I would say this team has been very similar to Toronto in terms of the home run ball.

You know, they haven't hit a ton of home runs and they've given up too many.

Um they're uh the Rays are a minus twenty two.

I think the Jays are what minus twenty five, minus twenty seven in terms of the home run ball allowed and that you know, that's a big part of the way that that things go in today's day and age.

You know, it's it's hard to win when you're allowing homers and not hitting them and I

I think if this group is closer to, let's say, a break even point the rest of the way, um, you know, with the other areas where it does
