I you know, the other thing I think I'm really excited about is being able to identify what bug we're dealing with.

quickly, right?

Versus the old school way of getting cultures, growing them on a petri dish for 48 hours and you know, waiting to see what we've what's happen what you know, what bug we're dealing with.

And now we're actually starting to see that we can run these rapid tests to identify from a a phenotyping perspective, like what

bug we're dealing with and get earlier treatment to patients.

Well, and even like

J just kind of basic things that I've seen over my career is like we used to flood patients and drown them in fluid.

And I think we're getting better at that and realizing that more isn't better, you know, and and we're causing massive harm.

We're disrupting.

y the glycocalyx of our endothelium and uh w you know, once that happens, patients don't just bounce back.

It's not easy to just take it off and

meaning the excessive fluid that these patients are given.

And I think we've just gotten a lot smarter about that and, you know, getting antibiotics down and targeted

uh much more quickly than we had historically.

So I think that we're moving in the right direction, but I agree.

I feel there's just a a bit more to do.

You know, it's it's interesting, Robert.

I almost would argue that I would put I wish these organizations would make a recommendation of using some sort of technology to help with fluid resuscitation.

We know when we use stroke volume that the rates of mechanical ventilation are cut by almost half, CRRT usage is reduced, ICU length of stay is reduced.

And I'll tell you, a lot of facilities I talk to, especially internationally,
