They say that they can't get the funding because it's not specifically in the guidelines.

it's gonna be really hard because at you know, it does require equipment, which is a capital purchase.
So I I think it's really challenging.
What was interesting is while we were filming season one, I got diagnosed with endometrial cancer.
And so good news is everything's okay, but you know

And um and just I I was surprised at how difficult it was to access care.
And you know, and here I've been established with a gynecologist practice for seventeen years and
You know, and just even trying to convince them that my biopsy should not wait for seven weeks.
It it I can't even imagine, you know, like w I just I had to do so much advocating for myself.
I even remember
being on the phone with the w I jokingly call the gatekeepers of the golden door, you know, to get into my gynecologist, uh i e the people who answer the phone.
