We was essentially selling the stock before we had to pay our supplier.
Such a good way to run, isn't it?
And that was something that we completely fell into just because of the blazer selling out.
I remember after Lorna wore it, I'd only bought 100 units.
Wow.
So I was like, there's 800 people that want this blazer.
And we don't have it.
They're not going to wait four weeks.
Like I know everyone's, it's COVID.
Everyone's like got scrolling TikTok.
They're just moving on to the next thing.
I need to sell to them now.
So that's how pre-order started.
And we are moving away from that.
But for the first four or five years, that just meant we was able to order exactly the stock we need.
