So that period can last a number of years.
In some cases, it can be a lot quicker than others, depending on the size of the actual asset and the transaction.
But ultimately... And the complexity.
Yeah, ultimately, when you're doing diligence, so you can do hundreds of diligence programs in your career.
My focus on M&A was never diligence.
I wasn't the person doing the diligence.
I was a person working on the strategy for the actual deal and then actually executing it, right?
So the execution in terms of, are we done?
Are we good?
Like that can take longer, right?
On the other side, my transformation experience has also included amazing operating model change and corporate strategy.
So corporate strategy is probably quicker to talk about.
That could be helping a client expand into... I mean, a lot of what I did recently when I think about everything going on in Dubai is sad because...
I did a lot around helping clients expand into MENA, the MENA region.
So you could be doing market expansions.
You could be doing product expansions that I worked on as well.
But ultimately, anything around how do we grow our business, right, is the corporate strategy.
Yeah, no, absolutely.
So on that side, the operating model, the operating model transformation, that is essentially, or that was essentially a whole range of programs designed to ultimately restructure
