how a company operated and in some cases it was driven by a regulator a large regulator a large regulator saying if you don't kind of get a grip on your business and basically change things to make things more viable to make things safer for your customers your clients etc etc then we threaten to close down parts of your business so these were high stakes

And, you know, I remember doing, doing a few where I literally would work with the CEO of, you know, a well-known global bank and his, his at the time leadership team.

And part of it is, is actually helping them change and adapt the operating model.

then the other part is actually coaching them on how to present that operating model back to the regulator so that they're all singing from the same hymn sheet and then when you look at the actual the actual completion of okay well this is our strategy for changing how we operate this is the plan that we're going to enact in the next three to five years or whatever this is actually then what we believe we can actually save and then you actually look at

actually what's been saved in over a period of time, year on year.

And, you know, it all adds up.

So yeah, so that's an amalgamation.

And I'm really, I'm proud of those stats.

You know, that's an amalgamation of hard work over the years, you know, kind of, you know, summed up across a variety of different programs that were really interesting to work on at the time.
