And this is how we're going to do that.
I think that's the logical story that I would suggest someone follows.
Yeah, I mean, so this is an interesting one, right?
And actually one thing that, so for context, so with my company, Fully Bossed, we do leadership advisory, leadership development, training and talent development.
And I mentioned earlier that there's like four different pillars, right?
Of which we have this framework.
It's a 69 different, 69 skilled or human skilled framework, which is comprised by four different pillars.
So mindset.
And branding, storytelling and orchestration, what I would call like the human skills.
And those four pillars spin out into 69 different subscales.
So that for me is the fundamental, right, of ultimately how we operate, whether it's through workshops, advisory, online leadership academy, whatever.
It's all driven on that.

isn't just like, transformation doesn't just happen.
Like people drive transformation, right?
So I've seen transformation programs literally fail.
I've seen the biggest, I've worked on the biggest transformation programs, right?
Like there's nothing bigger than bringing two huge organizations together or ripping out a part of an organization.
You know, you touch every single element of the organization.
