And if I think about AI and the scale of AI, AI touches again, it doesn't just touch compliance or legal or finance or one area, it touches everything, right?

So you need to have the right leaders lead in such programs.

And I think when I think about leadership, I've always been a big believer that you're not a leader by title.

Of course, people think I'm a leader by title, but actually, and of course, of course I will be a leader by title.

However, actually, the stronger followership I have, the stronger influence I have is when I don't really think about my title and I think about my impact.

Impact for me is basically value.

What value have I created in your life to make my leadership style memorable?

And I think the biggest thing that we're seeing today is the leadership style, right, of a lot of leaders has to change in the AI era.

It just has to.

because it's not going to be, it is not about learning AI.

I mean, four years ago, I was having this discussion with senior, you know, senior banking clients, you know, CEOs of huge investment banks all over the world, where we were doing pilots, where AI was very much, you know, a thing that hadn't really grappled the world yet.

A lot of the work was, well,

explain to us the use cases that we could adopt or we could apply to, you know, investment banking or corporate banking or whatever the part of financial services was.

And it was, you know, very much different conversations because it was all about the tech.

It was all about explain to us what is possible with AI.

Like, where could we apply it?

Where are the use cases?

Now it's completely different.

The tech has been outsourced.

Right.
