When I went in there, the way I'm talking to you now, my voice like this, it was, the way I explained it, it was like, it was barely croaking out.

I carry all my emotion in my throat.

I've always been very sensitive.

I've always been emotional.

In school, the boys would call me emotional pa, emotional pa, because I talked about everything.

I was just the way I was.

Everything was at surface level like that.

I was always very good at talking about things until I wasn't, until I didn't have people around me to talk about it.

And going back to therapy,

helped to come out of me again.

It helped me to be able to open my voice up.

Okay.

That was one of the first ones that I did.

I put the microphone on me and I was cleaning up the rubble and stuff like that from the house build.

And I was like, I'm going to lay it out here, what I was through.

And I'm going to talk about it.

And I did.

I explained it.
