Nobody gives you this information.
And this is why it's criminal, because also when you are in the university or when you are at least in my days, I don't know nowadays, so that's a little bit.
But nobody taught me how to do that.
I have to learn everything on my own.
And this was all like trial and error type of things, how to look for jobs, how to do that, even how to build the relationships that doesn't feel in a way like that you want something for people, you know, because very often
What I work through with people is that they kind of know that relationships and networking is something that they should be doing because
they've heard the stories, this is the area and this is the best way to potentially get your foot in the door.
Not the job yet, but the foot in the door.
But in the same time for them, it feels like icky, salesy, it's like, you know, like this kind of that they want, they don't want to sound scringy and needy.
And no one teaches you how to do it.
And they're like, come on, like, this is like a base 101 skill that you actually need, not even in our industry, but generally throughout your career.
and this is how you start with like even trying to think about career management but basically a couple of those foundations have to be in place and this is why i think it's criminal that nobody teaches you that because this is something that it's useful for you for your entire life like just building those foundation and using those skills and having a system that works in the background
And if you don't have that, you're kind of blind every time you're trying to find a new job, which is exhausting.
And nobody likes that because nobody likes looking for a job.
And that's why.
Okay, so I will give this, this would be, this would be a couple of angles I'll set here.
So number one, number one thing that is very useful from what you said, obviously, is to document everything that you are doing.
And when it comes to achievement, obviously, we are not talking about everything specifically.
There is a very easy thing you can do.
