And she had less and less time.
Exactly.
So she had less and less time doing narrative and writing because she had to do different stuff around it.
And the point is that after we work through all of that, she realized that she actually just does this stuff.
Because again, she just doesn't have enough space to enough duties, enough tasks to do just writing and just narrative design.
But actually, she would like to keep like within those godly guardrails and still be a narrative designer, a writer and literally go into the production environment.
So
the and a lot of people who are specifically working in smaller studios this is the problems that they are very often encountering that they have skills from very different areas like it's a game design narratives like production you touch a little bit programming or you work in engine or you are an artist but you are also a little bit of technical artist and it's like kind of you know
It's useful and it's awesome that you can do it in the environment that you're working in.
But if you want to apply for a very specialized technical art position or position that is clearly specialized, basically in something, you have to tailor your narrative to this position because you will go with everything.
And again, this is from the perspective of somebody who hires a lot of people.
It makes sense because
Even within your studio, if you are looking for someone, right, you are looking for a programmer or designer or whoever, you want the person who does design or programming.
You are not looking for someone who does design, writing, programming and audio.
You don't need this person.
The only skills that you are looking for this position is design.
Nobody will pay the person for the other skills that they know.
And the problem is that a lot of people try to sell everything
on the first try, like immediately the presence online or whatever else.
It's like they are doing everything and nobody is in stretch.
