But it still has to work for this position because if it's not useful, then it's noise.
It doesn't make sense to put it.
And as much as it pains, it just doesn't.
and it's better to cut the stuff so you have a clearer signal out there instead of just putting everything that you've been doing.
okay so uh honestly i love the subject because there's a lot of things that passing can do in this area without without feeling this kind of salesy amazing i would say i would say um the easiest starting point like the easiest one is to actually reach out to people you already have in your network with whom you haven't spoken for a while let's say a quarter and just have a conversation with them
like really just how's your project going hey haven't spoken for a while or like what's like what's going up with you if you know something about their life or some of the events that they were participating in uh just ask them about it it all the key thing here is that whatever type of networking you are doing it will always require and it will always benefit from you putting attention to people
Because if you know all this stuff, like if you can circle back to someone and you know that they were participating in, I don't know, High Rocks or whatever else like people are doing nowadays.
So you can ask about it and just kickstart the conversation and have the conversation.
And you can do that on whatever platform you're in.
It can be LinkedIn, Discord, like doesn't really matter what you are using here, Messenger maybe.
I keep tabs for myself.
I do this often just on the kind of a dinosaur style, but on the phone or via WhatsApp, basically just send people messages about how they went, how they are.
So that's the easiest way in, the easiest one that you can possibly do, because you can easily do it like.
that's just kind of my thought on it all that's awesome like really like i like it a lot i do i do something very similar also when i'm going for walks i sometimes even call people or send them videos from the work or whatever else basically but very similar to what you're doing i think the key takeaway from what we are both saying here is that
You have to pay attention to people.
That's one thing.
But you also have to just be curious and interested in people.
And this is something that not everybody has a natural ability.
But the good news is you can kind of cultivate this skill.
It's not something that it's also just blocked if you don't do it naturally.
