And it's really exciting to now take all the work and have somebody that can actually implement it.

And I think that is, anybody listening that has a personality similar to mine,

which is I'm a quick start, which means I'm very quick to take action based upon intuition and very little facts and detail.

However, I am horrible at follow through.

I'm horrible at fact finding.

And so in hiring Mariah, it really completes the picture for us to be able to download and

have her put the structure in place.

And we're actually bringing her to the workshop again for the first time this February.

And really to be able to have her understand the big picture.

And I think she'll be able to run with it very quickly.

And one, one example is that, um,

Well, I'll talk about the pier installers or dock installers and then the marinas.

In our area, you need to put in your docks and take them out, put them in in the spring, take them out in the fall.

Nobody wants to do it on their own.

The water's about 40 degrees in the spring when the pier goes in.

And there's about five dock companies in the area.

And the...

Some of the people that work for them are probably on work release and you know, it's not a highly skilled job.

However, if your doc doesn't go in, you're not enjoying the lake.
