And so, you know, we make a point to refer doc installers that are reliable, but the other part is we also train our clients on how things work here.
So for instance, your doc installer may put the period in April,
And you may not get a bill till September.
And for some people, they get really frustrated because they don't like unpaid bills.
And so we explained to our clients, look, this is just the way it is.
And when they need money, they'll send you a bill and happily pay for it.
And when they come to install your pier, try to be around and deliver them a pizza and a six pack of beer, and you'll be first on their list.
And so-
Yeah, it's even breaking down that simple transaction and making sure all parties are aware of the most effective way to get things done.
Yeah.
And then on the on the marina side, we work with several local marinas.
And the thing that we started doing this year, we make a practice of taking people on a boat ride before they write the offer on the house because the experience
of being on the water is very different than driving around the lake.
The most magnificent side of the house is always on the lakeside.
And so, you know, from the road, it looks like a two-story house, when in reality, it's a three-story house because of the walkout basement.
And just giving people that experience really makes a difference.
And so,
On most of the lakes, most of the time of the year, we have a client that will take them on a boat ride with us.
And making that connection for the buyer with that client is great because they get to answer all the questions.
The other thing that we've started to do, though, is have the marina put in a pontoon at the boat launch and pick us up.
