And the other thing that I've found to be valuable is we work with a home watch company.
And so in particular, in the wintertime, they will stop by the house every two weeks and they have a checklist that they go through, make sure there's no broken windows, no leaks, and just make sure everything's buttoned up.
And that gives people a lot of peace of mind.
Yeah, so I believe it's either three or four times a year, three times in the spring and once before Labor Day, that we do a direct mail.
The first mailing that we do, we include statistics about sales on their particular lake for the last 12 months, but then we also track back 10 years.
