So we had um we added them up and we and we added the and then we saw what the match was.
So peace is uh measure by Holly Pregerson.
It's uh peace, equanimity, acceptance, and the cancer experience.
And um uh we measured that actually every two months as we did anxiety, depression.
Um and so that also we looked at that in the last three months of life and we didn't see a difference.
Well I think it's it's to me what the peace measure measures or was trying measures is is how um it's it's about acceptance.
There's two subscales.
Um and uh I think that
Well
Do you wanna do you wanna try to answer the equanimity?
Yeah,
I mean one of the things that I feel like I've learned I mean it's been quite some time is that we could do a better job of measuring earlier and upstream outcomes.
So we measured peacefulness in the last three months of life and goal concordant care in the last three months of life.
And I think as a field thinking about upstream you know, 'cause it ma it matters how people are living the entire time they have serious illness.
And so
Um and we did measure that our anxiety and depression the over the entire span of the study.
Um and so I think
thinking about those kinds of idea that idea of uh measuring earlier and upstream outcomes is really important.
So I think of advanced care planning as a large bucket.
Um and so, you know, everyone, all of us should have healthcare proxies, maybe who have an advanced directive, but serious illness conversations is a subset of advanced care planning.
