You know, like who would step in?

There's all these things that need to get done.

And it's not a time where momentum is like stable and can just coast without an executive director.

So uh I've been doing consulting work and I just had a bit of a a slower schedule over the summer, as often happens in consulting.

And so I was like, Well, I could take.

you know, not take on any new projects, jump into this full time.

Yeah, one of the board members also like, How how can you do this on top of your other job?

I'm like, I I'm not.

I don't have another job.

This is the only job.

Um, so it was just really, really timely that I had the expertise and skills to to do the work and could also take I I'm probably gonna be here three or four months.

I started at the end of May.

And it'll obviously just depend on on Angela's medical circumstances and and when her doctors say she's able to come back.

Momentum is a community mental health services organization that has been in Edmonton.

So we're quite established in the community and we really fit kind of a an a niche role.
